Welcome to GokioZone. These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and GokioZone ("we", "us") that governs your use of the website gokiozone.com and everything on it (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

1. What GokioZone is, and what it is not

GokioZone is a free-to-play social casino intended for amusement only. The games on this site use virtual credits and exist purely for entertainment. We want to be completely clear:

• The Service offers no real money gambling of any kind.
• You cannot win real money, prizes, or anything of real-world value.
• No purchase is necessary to play, and the Service offers nothing for purchase.
• Practice or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real money gambling.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using GokioZone you represent that you are 21 or older and that any information you give us is accurate. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe belong to anyone under 21.

3. Virtual credits

Games on GokioZone run on virtual credits that we provide for free. The following applies to all virtual credits, balances, and anything else that looks like value inside a game:

• Virtual credits have no monetary value whatsoever.
• They cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash, goods, services, or anything of value, inside or outside the Service.
• They cannot be withdrawn, and no balance you accumulate creates any claim against us.
• We may reset, adjust, or remove virtual credit balances at any time, since they exist only to make the games work.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your account. Use a password you do not use anywhere else. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact us at support@gokiozone.com and we will help you sort it out. One account per person, please.

5. Acceptable use

Keep it simple: use the Service for personal entertainment and nothing else. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, decompile, or interfere with the Service or the games;
• attempt to gain access to accounts or systems that are not yours;
• use the Service for any commercial purpose or any unlawful purpose;
• misrepresent your age or identity.

6. Games and intellectual property

The slot games available on GokioZone are demo versions provided by their respective game studios and are streamed from their servers. All game titles and artwork are the property of their respective owners. The GokioZone name, site design, and site content belong to us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for entertainment. No other rights are granted.

7. Ending things

You can stop using the Service or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@gokiozone.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or other players at risk. Since virtual credits have no value, no compensation is owed for any balance when an account closes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Games are provided by third-party studios, and a title may be changed or removed at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GokioZone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
